The service runs on state-of-the-art distributed, highly scalable architecture based on industry standard frameworks. The platform is scalable and has been lab tested by leading third party for security and concurrent loads of 5,000 page views. Being hosted in a fault-tolerant data centre in India, the service has response time of less than 2 second per request. It has a highly reliable architecture that has been adapted to multiple mobile networks, devices and connectivity protocols. The platform also allows easy integration with mobile networks through MSISDN forwarding, billing, carrier branding and carrier wap portal integration.

Service Management

The content moderation tool facilitates moderation of all user generated content. All user generated content is instantly uploaded and subsequently moderated.

Moderation is done at two levels - automatic and manual. All profile content and photos are manually moderated. Text inputs such as posts and comments are first auto-moderated by checking against a restricted/ offensive word list. Thereafter a pattern matching system is used to flag suspicious text for manual moderation.

Frenzo users can send feedback/suggestions, report inappropriate content or send a query on the service. The member management team analyses such feedback and issues on daily basis and takes suitable action to resolve the problem or to remove the offensive content.

Also, the data analytics tool provides real-time data of unique users, returning users, new registrations, photos, comments etc. for any specific period (hourly/daily/weekly/monthly). Other user information like handset and demographics (age-gender-location) are also available on a real-time basis.
