Lewis P. Rutherfurd |

Co-founder and Managing Director of Inter-Asia Management in 1972, of Inter-Asia Venture Management II Partnership in 1987 and of Inter-Asia Capital (III) in 1992, Lewis has more than thirty years of venture capital investing experience in Asia. As developer of the first, formally organized venture capital management firm in Southeast Asia, he has a track record of structuring, negotiating, growing and successfully exiting over twenty deals in Asia.
He received a BA in East Asian Studies from Princeton University and an M.B.A. with distinction from the Harvard University Graduate School of Business Administration. He was a former governor and vice president of the American Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong, an advisory board member of Princeton in Asia. He is a past chairman and current executive committee member of the Hong Kong Venture Capital Association. He is a trustee of the Mary Wood Foundation and of Berkshire School. |

Sanjay K Goyal |

Sanjay is a serial entrepreneur. He founded ACL Wireless in early 2000 and evolved it to become the fastest growing technology company in India by 2005. ACL today remains as one of the leading and most admired mobile VAS companies of Indian origin.
Sanjay founded his first company at the age of 24 leading it to annual revenues of US$10 million within a short span of time. The high growth trajectory set by Sanjay has helped the company reach annual revenues in excess of US$120 million today.
He graduated with honors in mechanical engineering in 1992 from the University of Texas at Austin, USA.
Sanjay is 37 years old and an avid yoga enthusiast. |

Mr. Craig White |

Craig White is the Head of Investment for MIH Internet in South and South East Asia. He has been based in Asia since 1999 and has been responsible for initiating MIH’s Internet and mobile businesses in India, Thailand and Singapore. He has more than 12 years of experience in Internet business and a further 10 years experience in the Computing and Telecommunications industry.
Craig is an Electrical Engineer by profession and has also acquired MBA degree.

Atanu Mandal |

Atanu, an IIT Delhi, IIM Ahmedabad alumni, has been the founder of the first Indian Mobile ASP and solution provider. Prior to joining ACL, he served as the Managing Director and CEO of Cellnext. Before this, he has worked in various key positions with multinational telecom service providers like Telstra and Swisscom. He has served as the Head of Strategy, Head of Finance, and Head of Sales & Marketing during 1995-2000 with these telecom operators. For a brief period of time, he also provided advisory support to Nokia for setting up Service Creation Center for its Telco customers using Data and IN Platforms.
A veteran technologist and business leader, he brings a significant experience of 17 years from the telecom and wireless arenas to ACL, where he is responsible for day-to-day operations.

M.S. Fung |

May Fung is the Chief Operating Officer of Inter-Asia for Fund IV. She has served as a Director for Inter-Asia since 1993 and was also the former Chief Financial Officer for Fund III. Ms. Fung has hands-on experience as a director of portfolio companies and has extensive expertise in the overall management and execution of the investment process, including pre-deal negotiation, due diligence and post deal monitoring. From 1999 to 2003, Ms. Fung was the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of The GE Asia Pacific Capital Technology Fund, a fund sponsored by GE Capital and targets expansion and pre-IPO investments. From 1986 until 1993, Ms. Fung served as Finance and Administration Manager of the Australian subsidiary of the Sumitomo Metal Group.
Ms. Fung holds a BBA degree from the University of Missouri and was also granted a certificate from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She is a member of the Australian Society of Certified Practicing Accountants and the Hong Kong Society of Accountants. |

Leroux Neethling |

Leroux Neethling is the Chief Financial Officer for MIH India. He has over 19 years of experience spanning auditing, FMCG manufacturing and distribution, hotel casino entertainment, software development and PAY television businesses. He joined the MIH Group during 2005 and was seconded to Nigeria in the Pay TV sector of the Group. At the beginning of 2007, he was redeployed to MIH Internet (India).
Prior to joining the MIH Group, he was CFO of MediKredit, an IT software development company based in South Africa. Before then he was Financial Manager for Global Resorts Hotel Casino Resort, based in Botswana. He also worked as Group Management Accountant for the largest spirit and wine manufacturing and distribution company in Africa, Distel. He started his career with PriceWaterhouseCoopers.
Leroux obtained his B.Commerce degree at the University of Stellenbosch (South Africa), then completed his Hons. B. Accountancy and qualified as Chartered Accountant (SA) in 1990. He is a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants. |
